  1. Members are encouraged to contribute constructively. Offensive, inappropriate, or spammy content is prohibited.

  1. Contributions to the Digipreneur community are subject to our shared ownership policy, and members are encouraged to respect intellectual property rights.

6. Moderation and Enforcement:

  1. We reserve the right to enforce these terms and conditions, including warnings, suspensions, or expulsion for violations.

7. Disclaimer:

  1. The Digipreneur Business Community is a platform for networking and information sharing. We are not responsible for members’ actions or decisions resulting from interactions within the community.

8. Termination of Membership:

  1. Membership may be terminated for repeated code of conduct violations, or other reasons determined by Digipreneur administrators.

9. Communication Channels: – Community announcements, discussions, and updates will primarily occur through our online forums and email newsletters.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions: – We may update these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified of any changes.

11. Legal Jurisdiction: – These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

12. Dispute Resolution: – Disputes between members and Digipreneur may be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as determined by Digipreneur administrators.

13. Member’s Agreement: – By joining the Digipreneur Business Community, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

14. Effective Date: – These terms and conditions are effective as of the date you signed up.
